Description

Spring has sprung! Greens are starting to sprout and there are some wild plants you can harvest and eat (or juice).

Come out on Saturday afternoon and join clinical herbalist Zhyfhs Millicent to learn about what plants are available locally that can be beneficial to your health and/or tasty to add to your cooking—or for munching on while you're out hiking!

On this walk we'll be discussing:

  • Cleavers
  • Onion grass
  • Garlic mustard
  • Motherwort
  • Dandelion
  • Celandine

...and maybe more, in this one-hour stroll.

Meeting Location:

Near the GYMC - northern edge of parking lot - near the sign for Joseph Wolfond Park West.

Feel free to invite friends or family or anyone who you think might be interested!
