Lonesome Bog Trail

While hiking on this trail on that surrounds Sausage Lake, one can see the unusual plants of spruce and tamarack bog, as well as local gold mining and logging.

The beavers in the region are slowly transforming it to bog meadow, and remnants of previous forest fires remain visible.
