West Side Trails

Known as Forested Hills, this woodland is the largest in Waterloo and contains wetlands, rare plants, migratory breeding birds and a variety of wildlife.

This trail network is an excellent choice for nature appreciation, bird watching and views of west Waterloo.

Mostly shaded by tree cover, these trails feature educational signage along the route. Please keep your dog on a leash - this is a sensitive wildlife habitat.
