Name of Event: Finding Your Way
What: Learn the art and science of using a GPS unit to find your way in the wild. On snowshoes you will search for “treasures” and discover the joys of geocaching. Thom Lambert, educator and naturalist extraordinaire will be your guide. GPS units and snowshoes are provided. Feel free to bring your own snowshoes. Space is limited. Advance registration is required. Cost is $30 for the 6 week session or $5 per hike.
