Our Mission
- The Kingston Velo Club (KVC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting recreational cycling in the Kingston area.

Demographic
The Kingston Velo Club has members from all age groups and all walks of life. Fitness level is not a barrier to joining. Some members enjoy the challenge of longer, faster rides, while others prefer more relaxed trips which feature pleasant sights and good rest stops.
FAQ
Do I have to be a member to ride with KVC?
No, you do not have to be a member to ride and see if the KVC is a good fit for you. The KVC welcomes guests on our rides. However, if you ride with us three times or more, etiquette obliges that you take out a membership.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
It is the club policy that all participants wear a helmet during club rides.
Who are the Kingston Bicycling Advisory Committee and Cycle Kingston?
KBAC was the City's cycling advisory committee. It is currently independent of the City. Cycle Kingston is an incorporated group that organizes cycling programmes and activities in Kingston. We share common interests and goals. To find out more, visit the websites of the KBAC and Cycle Kingston.
