Monthly meetings are held at 7:30 PM the third Thursday of the month from September to May. The meetings are normally conducted at Ongwanada, 191 Portsmouth Ave. Doors open at 7:00 PM with snacks and a social preceding the meeting.

During the Covid-19 pandemic we have been unable to hold indoor meetings, so until the situation changes meetings will be held online using the Zoom platform. The details will be published in the monthly newsletter.

Annual General Meeting 2022

The AGM will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday April 21st. The Zoom link will be sent out a few days before the meeting.

At this meeting we will review the minutes of the previous AGM held on 15 April 2021 (see link below), the President will review the past year, the Treasurer will present a proposed budget for 2022-23, and we will elect the members of the executive for 2022-23.
