Race Day - Monday September 1
Race day timeline -
Race Kit pickup opens at 8:00am
Kids run 8:40am
10K - 9:00am
5K - 9:25am
Awards - approx. 11:00am

Early Kit Pickup - available at Cycling Elements at 2 Wellington Street in Orangeville from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday, August 31.
Entry into the park is free for Race participants and Volunteers. Please follow race signage and volunteer marshals for parking instructions - LOT P2 for runners. As the race is almost sold out, you may be directed to another lot.
Race Day Kit Pickup - available at Island Lake race site beginning at 8am. You will be picking up your race bib and swag item, as well as any prepaid swag if applicable.
There will be no race day registrations. If you need to change your distance, you can do so at the registration table on race morning.
Course Markings – your bibs are colour coordinated with the course flags – blue for the 5K and orange for the 10K.
CUP-FREE! – you will be given a Speed Cup at bib pickup to use at our water stations on course.
Free Kids Run 8:40am – for kids 10 and under. Run is approximately 400 metres on a crushed gravel surface. Children will receive a souvenir medal and drink. Parent/Guardian can sign up their child on race morning.
Donations – as a group, you have collectively raised over $1500 so far towards our $2000 goal for the ongoing improvements at Island Lake Conservation Area - thank you! Last year’s project was the Crane Gathering Space, which you can now visit (near the entrance to the Park). Please encourage your friends and family to support your run by making a donation here:
Awards – The top 3 male/female finishers in both the 5K and 10K will be acknowledged with a prize from our partners. Your bib is chip timed; awards are based on overall finish time. Age groupers will also be recognized atop the podium.
Be sure to thank our awesome volunteers when you see them because without them, there is no race!
