Lake St. Peter Lookout Trail

Lake St. Peter Provincial Park

This trail crosses rugged terrain, passes close to a kettle lake and leads to a spectacular lookout over the lake.

South of Algonquin, Lake St. Peter features two sandy beaches and opportunities to boat, fish, bike and hike.

It has two trails that lead to a lookout, a kettle pond and a derelict shanty, and is linked to the Hastings Heritage Trail.

This mineral-rich area is a rockhound’s delight and a magnet for artists.
