Overview
Residents of Strathroy-Caradoc will be able to use a new 10-station fit-trail as part of their exercise routine, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Doug Tarry Custom Homes Ltd.
Situated along a section of the Rotary Memorial Trail that stretches from Alexandra Park to the Cuddy Soccer complex in Strathroy, the new fitness trail is an outdoor exercise system that features instructional signage and exercise equipment designed to provide a balanced program of total fitness conditioning for all ages and sizes.
