Seguin River Water Trail

PADDLING ON NINE MILE LAKE

Whether you’re a beginner paddler or a seasoned racer, a dragon boater or a SUP fan, there’s a place for you in Georgian Nordic Paddling, a division of the Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre (GNOAC).

Let expert coach Gord Cole—who’s coached at three world dragon boat championships and brought home 31 medals as a paddler—make your stroke smoother, cleaner and more efficient.

Spending an hour with Cole and our other gurus will help you get the most out of every minute you spend on the water. Spending a summer—or better yet summers —with them gives you something unforgettable: a fun, friendly, one-of-a-kind paddling experience in one of the most spectacular corners of Canada.

World-Class Instruction, Amazing Memories

Whether you’re 8 or 80, our coaches will take you through the finer points of every discipline, from canoeing to kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and, for the more competitive, racing—from marathon canoe to sprint kayaking and dragon boating.

Joining also gets you out on some of the area’s most spectacular waterways with the people who know them best. Marvel at Georgian Bay’s towering cliffs and smooth granite. Glide over the gently rippling waters of the Seguin River in Parry Sound. Or leave the world behind on secluded Nine Mile Lake, next to the GNOAC and one of the area’s best-kept secrets.

See you on the water!
